  • Design visual assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns including social media content, digital ads, landing pages, website banners, EDMs, pitch decks  and presentation materials
  • Translate campaign strategies and marketing briefs into compelling, on-brand visual executions that drive engagement and conversion
  • Create and maintain brand-consistent design templates, guidelines and digital asset libraries
  • Design marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, proposal decks and event materials
  • Adapt and optimize visuals across multiple digital platforms to ensure high performance and brand alignment
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality creatives
  • Assist in basic motion graphics or video editing tasks, including simple animations, transitions and short-form content (an added advantage)
  • Stay current with design trends, industry best practices, new tools and emerging digital creative formats
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field. Strong portfolios from other backgrounds are welcome.
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on graphic design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or creative environment.
  • Proven experience designing digital marketing assets such as social media visuals, ads, website graphics, EDMs, and landing pages.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without losing quality.
  • Experience with motion graphics, simple animations, GIFs, or short-form video editing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, and Google Workspace.
