Internship Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

We’re LOCUS-T, a Google Premier Partner and Meta Business Partner with over 25 years of experience in the digital game. We’re looking for organized, enthusiastic interns to help us run the day-to-day of digital projects and keep things moving smoothly.

This internship is perfect if you’re interested in digital strategy, project coordination, and client communication. You’ll get a front-row seat to how campaigns are planned, built, launched, and optimized.

 

Here You’ll Get

  • Real project experience – Support live digital campaigns and client projects from planning to delivery.

  • Practical mentorship – Learn how experienced coordinators manage timelines, clients, and internal teams.

  • Cross-team exposure – Work closely with sales, marketing, design, and tech teams on real deliverables.

  • Flexible working hours – Clock in between 7:30–10:00am and manage your commute more comfortably.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Help coordinate and follow up on projects internally and with clients.
  • Assist your mentor with sales reports and documentation for weekly/monthly updates.
  • Communicate with clients via email and phone and keep things clear and professional.
  • Support website builds, landing pages, banner designs, and digital ad campaigns.
  • Track and report on project progress, campaign performance, and client feedback.
  • Sit in on presentations and help prepare reports and slides for internal and external use.
  • Stay plugged into digital trends, tools, and common client pain points.
  • Work closely with departments across the company to deliver what the client needs, on time and on budget.
  • Solve problems, keep things on track, and help meet deadlines like a pro.
  • Share ideas for improving how we manage projects and keep clients happy.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re studying Business, Marketing, Admin, or a related field.
  • You’re a final-year student who can commit at least 3 months.
  • You write and speak clearly in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin or a Chinese dialect is a plus.
  • You’re organized, people-smart, and not afraid of spreadsheets, follow-ups, or a bit of multitasking.
