Let’s look at your roles:

Perform keywords research to accommodate to clients’ requirements.
Provide technical SEO analysis and to recommend enhancements to our Client.
To communicate and meet up with clients as and when necessary on technical support-related matters.
Handle all aspects of SEO, both on-page and off-page, to ensure all SEO campaigns are accurate and effectively optimised.
Perform content analysis and provide enhancement suggestions including content, title tags, keywords etc.
Monitor, analyse and interpret projects’ performances to develop and to enhance SEO strategies.
Communicate closely with team members and to manage the projects developments, timelines as well as results.
Responsible to review, analyse and produce periodical report on SEO campaigns’ management, recommendations for improvement along with status of key performance areas and key performance indicators.
Conduct research on clients’ brand and products, discuss clients’ core message and target audience and produce high quality content.

What are the Tools:

HTML, CMS, and other SEO-related software, etc.
Not limited to other software extensions to the ad accounts

Desired Education & Experience:

Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Advertising/Media Studies, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Requires 1 – 3 years of working experience as a digital copywriter or similar fields.
Requires 1 – 2 years of experience in SEO campaign management.
Google Analytics certified individuals will have an added advantage.
Strong communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Responsible for overall administrative tasks, follow-ups, coordination for internal and external parties. To assist superior on the preparation of sales reports and relevant documentation for weekly/monthly reporting to management.
Responsible to build and maintain good rapport and communicate with clients through phone and email correspondence.
Responsible for Project Management for Web Development, Landing Page Development, Banner Design and perform Client servicing roles in SEO, Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Facebook Ads).
Responsible to maintain contact with clients at all stages of campaigns/projects and provide periodic feedback as agreed or when required.
Responsible to present campaign ideas, project progress reports and performance reports, and any other ad-hoc requests from clients in pursuit of enhancing client satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
Responsible to keep abreast of industry-specific market trends and best practices and pain points.
Responsible to work closely with all relevant departments in understanding and communicating effectively on clients’ needs in devising a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget.
Responsible to negotiate with clients, solving problems and ensuring deadlines are met as mutually agreed.

Desired Education & Experience:
