Client Relationship

Our project managers connect with clients after a handover from Sales, getting up to speed on their goals and expectations. For website development projects, we lead with structure by mapping out the sitemap during the initial meeting to define the layout before design and development begin. For paid media and SEO clients, we focus on understanding the client’s campaign objectives and budget to align strategies from the start. From there, we coordinate with internal teams, manage timelines, and ensure every task moves forward smoothly. As the main point of contact, we keep communication clear, consistent, and client-focused at every stage.

Account & Finance

We issue invoices to clients, collect payments, and manage both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. We review budgets and track every expense against the operational budget, pay our vendors (Google, Facebook, suppliers), and prepare regular financial reports. By keeping a close watch on cash flow and budget health, we make sure LOCUS‑T’s numbers always add up.

Human Resources & Admin

We manage the full employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to engagement, development, and retention. Our responsibilities include recruitment, payroll, HR support, and overseeing claims like parking and mileage or Grab rides to meet clients. We plan and run internal events such as townhalls, birthday celebrations, company trips, team buildings, and festive gatherings. We also keep the pantry stocked, office supplies sufficient, and make sure cross-team engagement activities are strong and smooth. On the growth side, we track learning hours and ensure everyone has access to training and development opportunities throughout their journey at LOCUS‑T.

Hosting & Web Support

We take over once a website goes live, handling technical issues, performance checks, and hosting-related support. Our work includes troubleshooting downtime, DNS errors, SSL setup, email issues, and WordPress backend problems. We manage domains, monitor site health, and assist clients with plugin questions or backend updates. As the first line of support post-launch, we work closely with developers, project managers, and digital marketing teams to keep websites running smoothly and securely.

Marketing

We shape how the world sees LOCUS‑T. From developing service packages to managing in-house branding, we build awareness and position our offerings in ways that resonate with the market. We organise seminars and outreach initiatives to help businesses understand what we do and how we can help them grow. Our team also includes videographers who capture internal culture, events, and create high-quality videos for client projects. Paid Media

We build and manage digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta. We start with keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign planning. We set up tracking (including GA4), launch ads, and continuously optimize them for the best return. After going live, we monitor performance closely, solve issues as they arise, and adapt strategies based on real-time data. For clients on performance review plans, we prepare custom reports and present them weekly or monthly. If we spot a weak landing page, we’ll dig into what needs fixing and work with the Project Manager to initiate improvements with the design team.

Sales

We connect businesses with the right digital solutions from LOCUS‑T. Our day-to-day includes identifying potential clients, preparing tailored proposals, presenting our services, and closing deals. We work closely with internal teams to craft solutions that fit each client’s goals, then follow up to ensure a smooth handover and timely payment. Beyond selling, we are also storytellers who show business owners how LOCUS‑T can drive real growth and help more people understand the value that LOCUS-T brings.

Search Engine Optimization

We optimize websites to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic. Our daily tasks include auditing sites, researching keywords, fixing technical issues, and optimising content. We handle both on-page and off-page SEO, including publishing blogs, building backlinks, and setting up Google Business Profiles (GBP) for our clients. We meet with clients when needed for alignment and clarity, monitor keyword rankings, and prepare detailed monthly or quarterly reports. Everything we do is focused on maintaining long-term SEO health and sustainable growth for our clients.

Website & Design

We design and build websites and landing pages for both LOCUS‑T and our clients. Our work covers everything from UI planning and prototyping to full website redesigns and revamps. We handle layout design, create custom visuals, and collaborate with developers on site migration, publishing, and functionality. Whether it’s a new site or a redesign, we shape every digital experience with both aesthetics and usability in mind.
