  • Ideate, plan, and build functional website features and landing pages in a timely manner as a web developer.
  • Design, develop, and optimise digital assets such as web components, interactive modules, and campaign-driven layouts for all assigned projects.
  • Collaborate and brainstorm with team members and clients, working closely with all relevant stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Support and partner with the team to refine and innovate new web functionalities, improving overall site performance and user experience.
  • Able to conduct technical walkthroughs or demos to clients and explain development decisions clearly.
  • Perform daily task updates, progress tracking, and status reporting.
  • Provide guidance and share technical knowledge across the team and other departments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Oversee project management tasks and handle client servicing responsibilities for assigned web development projects.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout all project phases and provide timely progress updates as agreed.
  • Present development work, updates, and performance reports according to OPS (Operating Standards) and any additional client requests to ensure satisfaction with company deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, development best practices, and emerging technologies, while supporting the team in enhancing and developing new digital solutions.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure client requirements are understood and translated effectively into technical outcomes.
  • Negotiate project expectations, resolve technical challenges, and ensure deadlines are met as mutually agreed.
  • Review, analyse, and produce periodic reports on project performance, including recommendations and updates on key performance metrics.
  • Provide support to the department on any other ad-hoc duties related to web development.
  • Candidates must hold at least a Diploma in Multimedia Technology, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in web development or a similar technical role.
  • Hands on background developing websites within a digital agency or comparable environment.
  • Strong practical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience using design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Basic understanding of WordPress, CMS platforms, PHP, and frameworks like Bootstrap is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working with responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap.
  • Experience with simple video integration or editing will be an added bonus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to think analytically and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Possesses a creative mindset and passion for building digital solutions.
  • Detail oriented and meticulous in coding and documentation.
  • Takes initiative to learn continuously and complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintains confidentiality and safeguards company information.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other Chinese dialects are an added advantage.
