We are a 25+ year Digital Marketing Business Partner in Malaysia, proudly partnered with Google, Meta, and TikTok. As we grow, we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to deliver reliable hosting services, support website maintenance, and ensure smooth digital experiences for our clients.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support – Deliver prompt and effective support for shared hosting, domain management, and email configuration issues.
  • Ticket Management – Manage and resolve support tickets related to hosting and website maintenance with clear, timely communication and follow-up.
  • cPanel & WHM Support – Assist customers with inquiries, including basic server-related tasks.
  • Email Configuration – Troubleshoot and provide step-by-step guidance for email client setup (e.g., Outlook, Apple Mail) and related issues.
  • Website Maintenance – Support website updates, bug fixes, plugin issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure site performance and security.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure continuous service improvement.
  • Customer Engagement – Engage customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels not only to provide support but also to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services.

 

What You Bring:

  • Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a web hosting environment.
  • Domain & DNS Knowledge – Solid understanding of domain registration, DNS settings, and renewal procedures.
  • cPanel & WHM – Proficient in using cPanel and WHM.
  • Email Troubleshooting – Strong technical knowledge in email client configuration and problem-solving.
  • Web Knowledge – Working knowledge of WordPress, including installation, fixing common issues, and basic troubleshooting (an added advantage).
  • Communication – Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to serve diverse client markets.
  • Problem-Solving – Self-motivated, proactive, and able to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
