 What You’ll Do

  • Provide support for hosting, domains, and email setup.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets promptly.
  • Assist with cPanel, WHM, and basic server tasks.
  • Troubleshoot email client issues (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc).
  • Update and maintain websites, plugins, and content.
  • Work with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
  • Engage customers and identify upselling opportunities.

What You Bring

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar.
  • 2+ years experience in web hosting support.
  • Strong in domain/DNS, cPanel, WHM.
  • Familiar with WordPress troubleshooting.
  • Fluent in English, BM, and Mandarin.
  • Problem-solver with great communication skills.
