Provide web hosting support
Provide support for domains and email setup.
Manage and resolve support tickets promptly.
Assist with cPanel, WHM, and basic server tasks.
Troubleshoot email client issues (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc).
Update and maintain websites, plugins, and content.
Work with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
Engage customers and identify upselling opportunities.
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar.
2+ years experience in web hosting support.
Strong in domain/DNS, cPanel, WHM.
Familiar with WordPress troubleshooting.
Fluent in English, BM, and Mandarin.
Problem-solver with great communication skills.
