What You’ll Do
- Provide support for hosting, domains, and email setup.
- Manage and resolve support tickets promptly.
- Assist with cPanel, WHM, and basic server tasks.
- Troubleshoot email client issues (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc).
- Update and maintain websites, plugins, and content.
- Work with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
- Engage customers and identify upselling opportunities.
What You Bring
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar.
- 2+ years experience in web hosting support.
- Strong in domain/DNS, cPanel, WHM.
- Familiar with WordPress troubleshooting.
- Fluent in English, BM, and Mandarin.
- Problem-solver with great communication skills.
