You’ll manage performance campaigns across Google and Facebook, optimize the hell out of them, and communicate with clients like a pro. If you love data, testing, and tweaking until you hit KPIs, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Constantly analyze performance, A/B test, and adjust targeting, copy, and bidding.
- Stay sharp with platform changes, algorithm shifts, and new ad tools.
- Provide clear, insightful campaign reports with performance breakdowns.
- Communicate with clients throughout the campaign lifecycle—strategy, execution, reporting.
- Track budgets, performance, and data for internal reviews and decision-making.
- Support and mentor junior team members. Share what you know and help us all get better.
What You’ll Need
- 2–3 years experience managing paid media campaigns (Google & Facebook).
- Certified: Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint.
- Hands-on skills with:
- Google Ads
- Facebook Business Manager
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Ads
- You’re analytical, detail-obsessed, and performance-driven.
- Strong in communication—client-facing and internal.
- Great at managing your time and owning your projects.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin/dialect is a plus.
