You’ll oversee multi-platform strategies, guide a growing team, and drive high-impact results for top-tier clients across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more.   • Strategize, launch, and optimize paid ads across multiple platforms to exceed KPIs and ROI goals.
  • Guide a team of specialists, help them think strategically, and support them as they grow into strong independent performers.
  • Act as the escalation point for priority accounts and deliver consultancy-level insights that solve real challenges.
  • Align every strategy and execution step with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Drive revenue expansion through smart upsells, cross-sells, and new business pitches.
  • Stay sharp with platform updates, features, and market shifts. Lead the conversation, not follow it.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Media Studies, or IT.
  • 5 to 6 years in paid ads with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Certified in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint.
  • Strong command of key paid ads platforms and analytics systems.
  • Advanced certifications in TikTok, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms.
  • Chinese dialect proficiency to support diverse market engagements.
