What You’ll Do
- Support the HR & Admin team with day-to-day operations: payroll prep, recruitment tasks, training logistics, and more.
- Be a friendly and professional point of contact, online and offline.
- Help manage office supplies, staff welfare items, and company assets (ordering, tracking, distributing).
- Assist in keeping the office environment tidy, functional, and people-friendly.
- Keep digital and physical files organized, accessible, and secure.
- Get involved in real processes and see how HR supports every part of the business.
What We’re Looking For
- You’re pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Admin, HR, or a related field.
- You’re fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin or a Chinese dialect is a plus.
- You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to learn.
- You can commit to at least a 3-month internship.
