Responsibilities For Technical IT Internship

To support in processing and managing client inquiries by clarifying problems and follow up until resolution

To assist in updating clients’ websites’ content.

To monitor, analyze and improve websites’ performances in terms of loading speed and to debug pages as well as to fix broken links/images.

To test websites across various browsers, operating systems as well as devices.

Ensure all database, system information and other related records are always up-to-date, accurate and in compliance with the required legal regulations (if any) as well as the organization’s policy.

Any other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements For Technical IT Internship:

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.

Required language(s) both spoken and written: Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Good analytical skills will be an added advantage.
