Internship Digital Marketing (SEO, Paid Ads & Web)

This internship is for students who want to understand how SEO, paid ads, websites, and AI-powered workflows come together to drive real results. At LOCUS-T, we don’t treat digital marketing as separate silos. Search, ads, landing pages, and automation all work together. As an intern in our Project Execution (Paid Media) team, you’ll get hands-on exposure to real client campaigns, real tools, and modern workflows, including AI-generated content and lightweight automation.   • End-to-end digital exposure – Work across SEO, paid ads, websites, and AI-assisted workflows.

AI-Driven Marketing (AIGC) & Automation Exposure

  • Learn how we use AI in SEO, paid ads, and reporting, including prompt design and workflow setup.
  • Support AIGC production, such as ad copy variations, landing page drafts, hooks, angles, and content outlines.
  • Assist in building lightweight automations (“vibe coding”) using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, simple scripts, QA checks, and report generation.

 

Paid Ads (Google & Meta)

  • Learn how to understand client goals and analyse websites and keywords.
  • Assist in building Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including targeting and basic copywriting.
  • Monitor ad accounts and help identify what’s performing well and what needs improvement.
  • Support performance reports and campaign result summaries.

 

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)

  • Assist with keyword research and SEO content planning.
  • Help optimise website content, headings, meta descriptions, and site structure.
  • Analyse basic traffic data and SEO performance.
  • Support website audits and troubleshooting SEO-related issues.

 

Website & Landing Page Optimisation

  • Help update and optimise landing pages for ads and SEO performance.
  • Support basic web design and UX improvements, including content, layout, and calls-to-action.
  • Assist with simple HTML or CSS updates when required.

 

Learning & Team Support

  • Track internal KPIs and update databases and trackers.
  • Learn how SEO, paid ads, and websites work together to drive conversions.
  • Take on meaningful tasks assigned by your mentor.
  • You’re pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You’re comfortable communicating in English. Mandarin or a Chinese dialect is a bonus.
  • You’re genuinely interested in digital marketing, websites, and performance-based work.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, web design, or coding is a plus, but not required.
  • You’re curious, proactive, and willing to learn by doing.
  • You’re able to commit to the full internship period (please state your availability when applying).
