What You’ll Do
- Run end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Support engagement, retention, and team-building activities.
- Coordinate training and learning initiatives.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding processes and documentation.
- Manage HR compliance, admin, and day-to-day queries.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related.
- 2+ years of HR or recruitment experience.
- Up-to-date on HR laws, with HRIS know-how.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and great with people.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
