Executive Assistant (Sales Management)

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this Executive Assistant (Sales Management) role supports Sales Management through coordination, performance tracking, governance, and execution follow-ups.

  1. Consolidate and manage Sales Management communications and updates.
  2. Track sales performance against KPIs, targets, and action plans.
  3. Analyse sales data and prepare management reports and dashboards.
  4. Follow up on sales activities, pipeline movement, approvals, and commitments.
  5. Manage sales documentation, policies, SOPs, approvals, and audit records.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal sales governance and processes.
  7. Manage CRM data accuracy, reporting, and usage discipline (Zoho CRM).
  8. Support development of sales guidelines and sales training initiatives.
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  2. 3–5 years’ experience in sales operations, sales management support, management reporting, or business operations.
  3. Strong exposure to sales tracking, data analysis, and CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
  4. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and strong in execution follow-up.
  5. Experience working with senior management is an advantage.
  6. Strong command of English with high professionalism and confidentiality.
