  • Maintain strong client relationships via email, phone, and meetings.
  • Manage projects for websites, landing pages, and ads.
  • Support SEO and performance marketing services.
  • Provide feedback, updates, and reports to clients.
  • Work across departments to meet client needs.
  • Solve problems and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Analyze performance and offer improvement insights.
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Client-first attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Flexible, fast-thinking, and solutions-oriented.
  • A solid grasp of marketing trends and practices.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
