Your Core Responsibilities:
- Campaign & event execution – Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, seminars, events, and promotional activities.
- Brand consistency – Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Digital engagement – Drive traffic, engagement, and leads through social media, display ads, email marketing, as well as CRM updates and campaign follow-ups.
- Performance insights – Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Marketing assets & communications – Coordinate the production of collaterals, newsletters, promotional items, and corporate communications.
- Market research – Identify brand opportunities and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends.
What You Bring:
- Relevant qualification – Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
- Marketing experience – 3–4 years in marketing, branding, digital marketing, or communications
- Exposure – Hands-on experience to digital marketing, CRM tools, social media management, and event coordination
- Tech & automation familiarity – Familiarity with email nurturing workflows and marketing automation tools (advantage)
- Analytical skills – Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets to measure and report performance
- Independent mindset – A self-starter with the ability to manage tasks and deliver results effectively
