  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for your assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate website, landing page, and banner projects to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Support and oversee campaigns across SEO, Google, Meta, TikTok, and XHS.
  • Align platform strategies with client objectives and performance goals.
  • Share updates, insights, and performance reports that help clients grow.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Solve issues proactively and keep projects moving without drama.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a Diploma with 3+ years of client servicing experience.
  • Background in digital marketing or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of how online campaigns drive business results.
  • Able to manage multiple projects without missing details or deadlines.
  • Confident communicator in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Strong relationship builder who knows how to negotiate, manage expectations, and keep clients happy.
