Now, we’re on the hunt for curious, proactive interns who want hands-on experience running real campaigns for real clients. This isn’t a coffee-fetching kind of internship. You’ll learn how paid media actually works and get the skills agencies look for.
Paid Media

Real work

  • Launch actual social media campaigns with real budgets
  • Create content that gets published on company channels
  • Build landing pages that drive actual conversions

Meaningful mentorship

  • Weekly 1:1s with senior marketers who review your campaign results
  • Shadow client calls and strategy meetings
  • Learn industry tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Canva from experts

Collaborative team environment

  • Brainstorm campaign ideas in weekly creative sessions
  • Work directly with design and content teams on projects
  • Contribute to real client strategy discussions
  • Learn how to understand client goals and analyze websites + keywords.
  • Help build ad strategies for Google & Meta campaigns—from targeting to copywriting.
  • Monitor and audit ad accounts daily to spot what’s working and what’s not.
  • Assist with performance reports and campaign results.
  • Track internal KPIs and update databases.
  • Take on any extra tasks your mentor assigns (we’ll keep it meaningful, not busywork).
  • You’re pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or something similar.
  • You’re comfortable in English. Bonus if you speak Mandarin or a Chinese dialect.
  • You’re sharp, curious, and not afraid to ask questions or pitch ideas.
