Internship for Developer

Build, test, improve and see your work go live.

This internship is for students who want hands-on experience working on real websites, real tools, and real client support cases. You’ll be part of our Client Support and Research team, where development meets digital marketing. From website updates to performance improvements and simple automations, you’ll learn how technical work directly supports campaigns, clients, and business results. If you enjoy solving problems, fixing things, and making systems run better, this role will suit you.
Hosting & Web Support
  • Real development exposure – Work on live websites, landing pages, and automations that directly support active campaigns and clients.

  • Practical technical mentorship – Learn from experienced team members who guide you through debugging, optimisation, and real-world problem solving.

  • Cross-team experience – See how development connects with SEO, paid ads, content, and client support in a digital agency environment.

  • Flexible working hours – Clock in between 7:30–10:00am and plan your day to avoid peak traffic.
  • Learn how we use AI in SEO, paid ads, and reporting, including prompting techniques and workflow design.
  • Support AIGC production such as ad copy variations, landing page drafts, hooks, angles, and content outlines.
  • Assist in building lightweight automations (“vibe coding”) using Google Sheets, Notion tools, simple scripts, QA checks, and report generation.
  • Help update and optimise landing pages for advertising and SEO purposes.
  • Support basic web design and UX improvements including content structure, layout adjustments, and calls-to-action.
  • Assist with simple HTML and CSS updates when required.
  • Support client technical inquiries and follow through until issues are resolved.
  • Update and manage website content accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor and improve website speed, identify bugs, and debug errors.
  • Test websites across different devices, browsers, and platforms.
  • Maintain accurate, organised, and secure digital records.

 

  • You’re currently pursuing or have completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology, or a related field.
  • You can communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
  • You have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development concepts.
  • You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy troubleshooting.
  • You’re willing to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of tasks.
  • You can commit to the full internship period.
