  • Support client inquiries and follow through until resolved.
  • Update and manage website content.
  • Monitor and improve website speed, debug errors.
  • Test websites across different devices and platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and secure digital records.
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, or related field.
  • Fluent in Chinese, BM, and English.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
