  • Real accounting experience – Work with actual financial records, processes, and reporting cycles.
  • Structured mentorship – Learn finance fundamentals directly from experienced accounts professionals. 
  • Professional team environment – Work closely with internal teams to support business operations. 
  • Flexible working hours – Clock in between 7:30–10:00am and avoid peak traffic.
  • Handle daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing.
  • Work with your supervisor to ensure all supporting documents are properly scanned and organized before payment.
  • Assist in fiscal close and credit control functions.
  • Support research, filing, data entry, and record-keeping of financial data.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Help with cash collection and related documentation.
  • You’re pursuing a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
  • You’re fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • You’re detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable communicating with clients.
  • You’re a degree student who can commit to at least 3 months.
